selected models and he will send you a brochure, a blank contract
with list price and the first 5% discount including options and a
complete list of materials, and a set of building plans for your review.
He will also attach the current Monthly Promotions.

If you don't already have your
property, find what meets your needs. With our "Finance
Everything Program" we can finance your land, your Southland Log
Home, and 100% construction with as little as 5% down with a 30 year
fixed mortgage. Contact Kelley at
HomeOwners Mortgage. She usually can give you a pre-approval
within 24 hours.

As you progress, you will be
assigned a Southland
Project Manager to help guide you through the entire process, even after
your home has delivered. Your Project Manager works one-on-one with you
to answer questions about blueprints, building materials, delivery
dates, or anything else that you need to feel comfortable and satisfied
with your home building experience.
